We are seeking someone with experience in dispatch and the trucking industry to join our team. The ideal applicant will have a professional demeanor and be able to work independently and along with peers. As a member of our team, your prime responsibilities will include the following:
- Bring new customers to the table
- Manage and organize customer service calls
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and drivers
- Guarantee seamless operations, communicate with customers, the operations staff, and drivers.
- Excellent with routes and directions
- Polite and excellent communication skills
- Spreadsheet Proficiency
- Transportation 6+ year(s)

- Casual dress
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
