Brona Transport LTD is seeking a

motivated and experienced Dispatcher

to join our dynamic logistics team.

The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in

French and English

, has over

2 years of experience in dispatching

, and is confident managing

flatbed trailer operations

across Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch flatbed trucks for local and cross-border deliveries. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and third-party carriers in both French and English. Monitor shipment status, track progress, and handle unexpected delays or route changes. Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, records, and delivery documents. Optimize route planning and load assignments to improve efficiency. Provide support and instructions to drivers throughout their routes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years

of experience as a

dispatcher

in the trucking/transport industry. Solid knowledge of

flatbed trailer operations

. Fully

bilingual

- fluent in

French and English

(spoken and written). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with

Canada- USA border logistics

is an asset.
