Additional duties include the following:

• Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service
• Arrange for all emergency field repairs
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules in order to fulfill customer requests
• Assist Inside Sales team as needed
• Other duties assigned as needed

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver\'s license with acceptable driving record
• Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
• Diligent attention to safety
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

• Organisez l\xe2\x80\x99horaire des chauffeurs et la r\xc3\xa9partition de tout l\'\xc3\xa9quipement pour la succursale
• Aider \xc3\xa0 prendre les commandes t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phoniques des clients pour les livraisons, les ramassages et le service
• Organiser toutes les r\xc3\xa9parations d\'urgence sur le terrain
• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels des clients et revoir les horaires des chauffeurs afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes des clients
• Assister l\'\xc3\xa9quipe commerciale interne au besoin
• Autres responsabilit\xc3\xa9s en fonction des besoins

Exigences du poste :

• Dipl\xc3\xb4me d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires ou \xc3\xa9quivalent
• Permis de conduire en cours de validit\xc3\xa9 et dossier de conduite acceptable
• Connaissances techniques en mati\xc3\xa8re de r\xc3\xa8gles et de r\xc3\xa8glements du Department of Transportation/Federal Motor Carrier (minist\xc3\xa8re des Transports)
• Souci pouss\xc3\xa9 de la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9
• Forte aptitude \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches \xc3\xa0 la fois dans un environnement rapide
• Sens du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et du travail d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication verbale et \xc3\xa9crite
