With over 60 power units in our fleet today, Autologic Transport provides excellence throughout North America!We are seeking someone with experience in dispatch and the trucking industry to join our team. The ideal applicant will have a professional demeanor and be able to work independently and along with peers.A dispatcher is in charge of planning pick-up and delivery times as well as overseeing every element of shipping routes and deliveries.A dispatcher is also knowledgeable about supply management and transportation policies and procedures. This role requires prompt response to customer inquiries and grievances as well as informing clients of any delays in the pickup and delivery schedule.As a member of our team, your prime responsibilities will include the following:

• Track shipments that are assigned
• Must be able to dispatch 20-25 tractors within the GTA
• Manage and organize customer service calls
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and drivers
• Guarantee seamless operations, communicate with customers, the operations staff, and drivers.

The successful applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent with routes and directions
• Polite and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize
• Strives to be a highly efficient team player with a positive personality
• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
• Experience with Fleet Manager (software)

The ideal candidate will possess the following required experience:

• Transportation 3+ year(s)
• City Dispatch: 4+ year(s)

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per yearSchedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• City Dispatch: 2 years (preferred)
• Transportation: 3 years (preferred)
• Fleet Manager Software: 1 year (preferred)
