Position: Dispatcher of Service Technicians
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Salary: $50k to $55kDo you have experience dispatching technicians? Do you have an excellent customer service approach? We have a great opportunity for you! Our client, a manufacturing company is looking for a Dispatcher of Service Technicians!Benefits:- Salary up to 55k
- 3 weeks of vacation
- 5 personal days
- Complete insurance paid 95% by the company
- Retirement plan paid at 100%
- RRSP to be validated up to 6%
- Pension fund paid 100% by the employer

Requirments:
- Fluently bilingual to communicate with clients across Canada
- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience or a similar position (dispatch, logistics, etc.).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Office 365, preferably Microsoft Teams
Role :
- Create, assign, and coordinate the work schedules of service technicians
- Establish assignment priorities and distribute personnel accordingly
- Create, allocate, debrief, close, and invoice work orders (complete cycle)
- Assist the local branch manager in creating and submitting quotes and work proposals
- Follow up on existing proposals with clients to help the branch achieve its monthly goals
- Input information related to the balance system and technical sheets into the new service management software (Salesforce/ServiceMax)
- Maintain and organize records and databases
Provide superior customer service to clients via telephone and email correspondence
