We're currently looking for a

Dispatcher

to join our team and help coordinate mobile tire service calls, manage technician schedules, and ensure our customers get back on the road quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming service calls and assess customer needs Schedule and dispatch tire technicians for mobile service, both in-shop and road calls Monitor job progress and communicate status updates to customers and service managers Prioritize service calls based on urgency, location, and available resources Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure job readiness Keep accurate service records and technician logs Communicate efficiently with drivers, shop staff, and external partners Assist with service call billing, invoicing, and customer follow-up when required

Qualifications:

Previous dispatching or service coordination experience required (tire or mechanical industry) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent situations calmly
