Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm range (sometime later or earlier)
40 hour work week

- Communicating (via phone/text/geotab) with drivers to advise their next pick-up and deliveries.
- Working closely with +/- 15 to 20 drivers a day
- Updating shipment status in the dispatch system
- Determining the best routes and order of pick-ups & deliveries
- Working very closely with fellow dispatchers to co-ordinate the daily activities
- Advising Customer Service Representatives of any issues so the CSR may communicate directly with clients
- Verify order status
- Maintain the relationships with clienteleQualifications
- French and English is mandatory
- At least one year\'s experience in a trucking or brokerage industry, preferable with Flatbed knowledge
- Team player. Able to work well with others
- Good communicator
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong geographical knowledge of Quebec
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.Summary
