```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule the movement of goods and materials
- Receive and process customer orders
- Assign loads and projects to appropriate staff
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers
- Resolve any issues or delays in delivery
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and upcoming work

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of freight operations
- Experience using Excel and Word.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with load confirmation and contract procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent skills for employee and customer interactions
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills and billing

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage office and logistics operations and ensure delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in transpoprtation/office management, be proficient in using transportation management systems, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with drivers and customers.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The dispatcher will be required to work on-site at our facility.
