We are looking for a dedicated, strategic Dispatch Operations Manager to join our team and help lead the operations of our dispatch and monitoring station.



Key Responsibilities:


• Policy & SOP Development: Write, revise, and implement operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, efficient practices and regulatory compliance.
• Goal Setting & Performance Management: Develop and manage OKRs and KPIs to drive operational performance and align team goals with the company's strategic objectives.
• Leadership & Coaching: Lead, train, and mentor the Operations Coordinators, helping them develop professionally and maintain high performance.
• Team Management: Oversee daily scheduling, vacation planning, and general operational coordination for the dispatch and monitoring teams.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with HR and the Director of Operations to drive key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across all teams.
• Crisis Management & Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate operations for efficiency improvements and lead the team during crisis situations to ensure swift, effective responses.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in operations or dispatch management, ideally within the security, logistics, or emergency response sectors.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team coaching and development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience with policy and SOP writing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to set and track OKRs and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Knowledge of the security industry is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with senior leadership.
