Dispatch / Billing Support

position to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting our dispatch team, and billing team. Assisting with data entry, operator/equiptment coordination, scheduling, and invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide backup coverage for the primary dispatcher during days off, vacation, or peak periods. Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to schedule people and equipment for upcoming projects. Maintain and update field worker schedules in Aimsio (or current system). Confirm all worker qualifications and site-specific requirements are met. Communicate with clients during dispatch coverage to confirm job details (location, timing, accommodations). Support entry and verification of time for employees and subcontractors. Ensure timely and accurate coding of time entries and job data for billing. Prepare and verify field tickets and invoices using timesheet and schedule data. Collaborate with Dispatch and the accounting team to reconcile any billing discrepancies. Track status of invoice submissions and approval. Support general office tasks or special projects as delegated.
Experience and Skills:

Computer proficiency. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills. Strong organizational skills. Payroll, Accounts Payable or Receivable experience is an asset. Oil & Gas / Energy Service experience, or familiarity with Dispatch and Scheduling. Strong analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Highly pro-active, solution focused and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to changing environments quickly, analyze and assess information and make appropriate recommendations and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
