Retallack Lodge is a world class Cat Skiing/Boarding destination located in the heart of the Selkirk Mountains. Located close to the towns of Nelson, Kaslo, and New Denver, BC - Retallack boasts a beautiful 10,000sq/ft timber frame lodge that hosts 24 clients at a time.

As a dishwasher/prep cook, your responsibility would be to provide support for our dynamic kitchen and lodge team. You are responsible for assisting in both the cleaning of all dish wear and assisting our chefs with anything from prep to plating. Our clients love to meet and interact with our team and we see great value in confident employees.

Responsibilities.

Work with the Food & Beverage department to deliver appropriate guest services as required.

Ensure the kitchen and the dish wear are clean and ready at all times.

Learn the techniques and procedures that our kitchen team has developed to ensure the quality of each guest experience.

Keep track of cleaning supplies and proactively supply lists to the manager.

Professionally conduct meal service in coordination with Kitchen and Manager.

Assist both chefs in preparing food for all services.

Aid in the plating and presentation of dishes for each meal.

Assist the bar with supply and service when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
