We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Support banquet and catering services by preparing food items as needed. Buss tables and assist with serving during busy meal periods. Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and storage. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred. Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques. Experience in food preparation and handling, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is a plus. Ability to clean efficiently while maintaining high hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service. Willingness to learn new culinary techniques and expand kitchen experience. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
