Our casual fine dining restaurant is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Garde Manger to join our team. As a Pantry Chef you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various food items, including soups, salads, appetizers and a variety of desserts. You will also have the opportunity to work with the culinary staff ti continue your growth and developmen. An added benefit of working at Harvest is the team spirit. A positive attitude and ability to work in a face paced environment are critical. Responsibilities: * Use high-end ingredients in recipes to prepare gourmet food. * Keep a clean kitchen. * Consult with the chef about ingredients and recipes. * Be familiar with all aspects of running the kitchen. * Be able to perform basic kitchen functions such as cooking, cleaning, and sanitation.
