OverviewAn exciting leadership role exists for a total rewards professional looking to help amplify the work of a dedicated team of experts. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the Director, Total Rewards and People Technology is responsible for development and implementation of WorkSafeBC\xe2\x80\x99s total rewards programs and people technology systems including the direction of the Total Rewards and People Technology team within the People and Culture Division.As a member of the Divisional management team, the Director provides leadership and direction to ensure the effective delivery of Total Rewards and People Technology services including the implementation of pension and total reward strategies, business plans and policies and the delivery of customer focused service.
