The Director, Technology Business Management will directly support the CTIO. This individual will work across the Technology SLT along with Interlocks across RCI to ensure Technology initiatives are being advanced and that the operations of the Technology SLT are running effectively. In addition to strong analytical abilities, this position requires an individual with strong business acumen who is comfortable working with and communicating at an Executive level.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CTIO in driving key Technology plans and programs
  • Develop strategic presentations for the ELT, Board and Investment community; Ensure a consistent and clear narrative across the communication of our Technology strategy and initiatives
  • Manage the development and reporting of Technology KPIs; Create and analyze trends across the Technology business to make recommendations on areas of improvement
  • Manage Technology leadership meetings and follow-ups on strategic topics
  • Support Strategic Partner Governance - work on the planning and strategy of partner management, meeting development, QBRs, and governance of desired outcomes
  • Research and develop hypothesis around key emerging Technology trends (i.e. 5G, Virtualization, Cloud, ML, AI, Edge Compute, etc\xe2\x80\xa6)
  • Collaborate with Technology SLT to develop a common perspective on key initiatives
  • Manage and co-ordinate the regular Technology Directors+ sessions, Townhalls and Leadership off-sites
  • Work with cross functional teams to increase collaboration and establish a good working relationships
  • Liaise with organizational Business Planning counterparts for alignment between organizations
Experience:

\xc2\xb7 Technology or Business Degree & MBA preferred

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 10 years work experience in a consulting, strategy or business development role

Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Strong program/project management skills

\xc2\xb7 Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies

\xc2\xb7 Strong communications (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.

\xc2\xb7 Strong sense of presence - confident and comfortable working with senior management

\xc2\xb7 Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and objectives

\xc2\xb7 Takes initiative and is a self-starter who can work equally well in groups or on their own

\xc2\xb7 Results oriented, flexible and willing to work in a multi-task / dynamic work environment

\xc2\xb7 Comfort with owning tasks without defined processes, but defined outcomes

\xc2\xb7 Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
