Job Title Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Insights




































What is the Opportunity? The Director, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Insights is responsible for supporting the SVP of Talent Acquisition and the TA senior leadership team with the successful deployment of the initiatives and key projects in support of the TA Strategy. The Director will engage senior leadership in TA and across other areas of HR to align the needs of the function and how they intersect with other COEs including Talent Services, Data Management and Analytics and Learning globally. This position will play a key role in developing and executing TA\xe2\x80\x99s strategic agenda to drive functional efficiencies, technology needs and in optimizing the manager, recruiter, and candidate experience.   • Acts as a trusted partner to the SVP of TA, defining priorities and the execution and measurement of TA Transformation and Strategy refresh, ensuring the function is set up for success.
  • Builds high-standard presentations, reports, and dashboards to track KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for senior leadership to make data-driven solutions, with particular attention to detail and the interrelation between various strategic objectives and goals across HR.
  • Intervenes across TA leadership with recommendations/solutions to key TA issues.
  • Collects and synthesizes quantitative and qualitative TA performance, identifies opportunities to drive efficiencies, formulates recommendations and validates with key stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains strong knowledge of overall Company and HR strategy and goals and builds an understanding of the critical work that is happening across the function and surfacing issues and challenges.
  • Leads special projects and supports the development of change initiatives and contributes to the development of strategic priorities and short and long-term vision plans.
  • Actively supports the development of the TA functional communication to ensure consistent and effective messaging to all internal stakeholders, including management meetings and tow halls.
Initiatives, Insights and Market Intelligence
  • Responsible to strategize and operationalize talent sourcing approaches.
  • Expert in leading the research and evaluation of best-in-class TA technology needs to create a world class proactive recruitment approach across the function to drive higher quality and deeper candidate pools.
  • Accountable to drive use and insights of external data sources including, but not limited to external research, LinkedIn and Labour Market Intelligence tools which will inform talent sourcing and labour market strategies.
  • Create and manage a TA data governance strategy with key stakeholders.
  • Drive competitive intelligence function to influence go-to-market TA and emerging skills strategies.
  • Present findings to senior leadership in/outside of HR and influence budgeting/spend requests for new technologies.
What do you need to succeed? Must-have:
  • 10-15 years of strategy, data and analytics experience required (internal or external consulting)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Expert recruitment leader leveraging data and search techniques, including the use of AI and LMI tools and the ability to translate into the \xe2\x80\x9cstory\xe2\x80\x9d vs. simply stating data points.
  • Expert in recruitment sourcing techniques.
  • Proven track record in strategy creation and execution including in-depth experience and demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary initiatives of varying sizes and complexity, efficiently and effectively, ensuring all elements of change are considered, understood, and managed.
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize several concurrent projects.
  • Excellent visionary, planning and analytical skills.
  • Thorough understanding of high-quality senior level standards in terms of presentation material and written communication.
  • People-oriented acumen, with strong negotiating, influencing across a matrix and communication skills (written and oral) to influence all levels of the function
