Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics) or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• Minimum of 5 year as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a Director level role
• Experience leading Infrastructure, Low/Code Automation and Software Engineering Teams
• Experience owning and managing cloud environments and its services

CompensationCanada Pay Range$244,000-$330,100 CADThe range listed above is the expected annual salary/OTE for this role, subject to change.Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox's total rewards package.
