What is the opportunity?

Engineering lead Director, Digital Channel in US Cash Management, the person in this role will manage Channel development and partner with other managers and business units to create state of the art technical solutions that result in consumer quality channel solutions for our corporate clients. You will require a thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. You will focus all of their daily attention on ensuring that all aspects of the design, development and implementation are on track and meet the highest quality so that clients will have a consistently excellent experience.

What will you do?

  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable lead who will work to transform our Banking Technology
  • Build the state of the art, highly scalable Digital banking platform as a lead across the team components
  • Build digital assets to serve our internal and external clients
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
  • Domain knowledge on Digital client channels along with Cash management along with 15+ years of experience in modern technology development stacks including common cloud platforms.
  • Angular 12+ knowledge and able to implement and instill best practices within the team and across the program. Worked in an Agile team and participated in the scrum ceremonies such as sprint reviews. retros, planning\'s
  • Can get to details of the technical issues faced by developers and find ways to unblock development by creating spike solutions, proof of concept development.Must drive implementation with a team of developers including contractors to meet sprint development goals
  • Can face off with senior audiences at the bank to report progress, challenges and explain the impact.Can be hands on as well as drive small dev teams of 6 to 8 people.Can code framework components and facilitate distribution of work
  • Familiar with Dev Ops, CI/CD, Cloud deployment, and basic infrastructural knowledge to face off with Platform Teams.Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture guidelines for a large bank.Has developed interfaces \xe2\x80\x93 has worked with third party libraries and translated design specifications into accessible and responsive web interfaces.Can run proof of concept development independently.Strong computer science knowledge \xe2\x80\x93 language agnostic, object oriented skills
Technology Experience/ Nice to have
  • Docker / Kubernetes
  • Worked with reusable design frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material Design
  • Experienced with Accessibility and Web Performance
  • Unit testing using Jasmine/Jest frameworks
  • Angular schematics and/or Nx workspace experiences
  • Java, React, Spring Boot, Python experience
  • Familiarity with one of the cloud platforms \xe2\x80\x93 Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable lead who will work to transform our Channel Technology
