We are seeking a Sales Strategist to develop and implement strategies that improve our sales performance. A successful candidate will work closely with the Sales team to identify key areas of improvement, set goals and objectives, and develop strategies and a playbook to increase sales revenue. The Sales Strategist will be responsible for collaborating with Product Marketing, Pre-Sales and, Sales Leadership to develop and implement a playbook for world-class sales methodology, process, and performance. The Sales Strategist will own all enablement related to implementation and adoption of Sales Strategy and contribute to enablement related to ongoing go-to-market initiatives.

What you\'ll do:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and productivity across the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to define, create and implement a playbook that aligns with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the Sales Playbook, which includes methodology, process, and prescription for a consistent approach to high performance.
  • Create sales training and programs to drive adoption of sales methodology and process and to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Strategy, Product Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure the successful launch of new products, processes, and initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product and Revenue Operations teams to develop and implement the training programs, content, and tools to drive adoption of sales methodology and processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to streamline the sales process.
  • Develop interactive learning modules using tools such as Articulate and Litmus LMS.
  • Help drive the adoption and use of sales technology and tools that increase efficiency and effectiveness (i.e., Gong, SFDC, Outreach, LMS).
  • Actively collect feedback from Sales team members and leaders to ensure the needs of all teams are effectively met.
  • Work with cross-functional Go-to-Market teams to customize and adapt the content of our programs to be suitable for different roles and market realities.
  • Evaluate and communicate the results and business impact of our enablement programs in preparation for the monthly reviews with Sales leadership.
  • Work with Sales leaders to enable better coaching and development through performance management.
  • Monitor sales activity and performance and adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Report on sales performance to senior management, including sales trends, revenue forecasts, and sales team productivity.
  • Stay up to date on market data including competitive analysis, consumer trends and market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy and Enablement role in technology or software-as-a-service industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong coaching and training skills.
  • Experience with sales is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of sales technologies and tools, like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info.
  • Knowledge of learning design technologies such as Litmus LMS and Articulate 360.
  • Experience or comfort using technology to build and adapt reports to manage and measure the success of Sales Enablement programs.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Amazing collaborator with cross-functional leaders and teams to drive for results.
  • Professional sales designations/certifications (CPSA, NASP, etc.) are considered a great-to-have.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is considered a great-to-have.
