Employment Opportunity No.: 24.144Closing Date: November 19, 2024Yukon University seeks an opportunities-focused senior leader for the position of Director, Research and Innovation.As Director, Research and Innovation, your areas of focus will include leading research and innovation strategy, accountability, compliance and performance; nurturing people, culture and partnerships; and enhancing public accessibility of research and innovation. You will play a key role in advancing the university\'s strategic and academic priorities, as well as its commitments to reconciliation. As Director, Research and Innovation, you will lead impactful projects, design systems and processes, and implement enhancements that support research and innovation at YukonU. You will also increase YukonU\'s research and innovation impact by sharing successes and collaborative opportunities, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the development of new partnerships locally, nationally and in the circumpolar North.Consideration may be given to those with an appropriate blend of education and experience.Yukon University is committed to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusion.
