You will
Work and liaise with people across the company including acquisition, development, construction, accounting, asset management and leasing in order to understand the upcoming capital needs of the Company
Prepare external financing materials, including financing presentations for debt financings, (first and second mortgages) and investment information memoranda for equity financings
Assist with sourcing and structuring debt financing for acquisitions and development projects
Assist with the management of the debt portfolio for our income properties
Contribute to the timely completion of real estate acquisition and financing due diligence processes/requirements
You have
A University degree or diploma in Real Estate, Business or Finance
A minimum 7 years of experience in the Finance sector, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate industry
An understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation principles, and experience working with proformas and underwriting deals
A proven track record of deal execution, including preparation of financing presentations and negotiation of loan terms/agreements
A well-developed network of contacts in the lending community
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and advanced level Excel skills

Salary range
$150,000 - $170,000 per year estimated, based on experience.
