Within this evolving context, SCC is seeking a Director, Organizational Effectiveness (Director) to provide strategic leadership that drives enterprise-wide transformation, elevates organizational performance, and builds a resilient, future-ready workforce and culture.
Reporting to the Vice-President, Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and lead critical programs in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and change management. This role will design and implement forward-looking strategies that strengthen SCC's organizational capability, enhance employee engagement, and support the successful delivery of enterprise priorities. The Director will oversee initiatives that cultivate leadership excellence, foster agility, and embed a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. Working collaboratively across the different SCC branches, the Director will enable teams to adapt effectively to change and drive alignment between human capital strategies and SCC's long-term vision.
As the ideal candidate, you are a forward-thinking and respected leader with demonstrated experience guiding organizational transformation, change-management, and workforce strategy. You bring deep expertise in organizational design, talent development, and enterprise-level capability building. You are highly skilled at diagnosing organizational challenges, leading cross-functional collaboration, and aligning human capital strategies with business goals. You possess a strong understanding of HR operations and processes, enabling you to translate strategic priorities into practical solutions.
