Your Role





Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics, the Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will support and implement programs that align employees with key business strategies and initiatives. This role provides specialized support in analyzing and defining organizational structures, mapping positions and roles, establishing reporting relationships and responsibilities, and enhancing teamwork and business procedures. The Specialist will also contribute to asset rationalization, internal process improvements, and change initiatives aimed at designing efficient methods of accomplishing work.



This is a 14-month contract position. This is a hybrid role requiring three (3) days in office.

Primary Responsibilities




Identify opportunities for business performance improvement through the reallocation of responsibilities and amendment of reporting lines. Contribute to specialist research and analysis to support evaluation of the current-state organization, development and evaluation of future-state organizational design propositions, and identification of the costs and business benefits of change. Facilitate change initiatives by providing basic analysis, project plan updates, and other support to deliver prescribed outcomes. Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals. Improve and develop procedures by giving feedback and suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes. Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best technical or professional solutions. Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered. Contribute to the drafting of HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an area of expertise, ensuring compliance with specified design principles, internal policies, and external legal requirements. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost. Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience. Experience in organizational design and evaluation of org structures. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with UKG and/or other HRIS technologies. Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

Pay Range





$90,000 to $105,000. Pay range to be commensurate with experience.
