We are looking for a leader who will help grow the brokerage through the education of our realtors on how to grow their business and leverage technology into Keller Williams systems and models. The Director of Technology must be able to join calls or meetings to help in the realtor recruiting process by discovering the realtor goals, challenges, current technology being used, and demonstrate a successful path by using Keller Williams technology. The Director of Technology must Lead and Manage the Onboarding process of new and seasoned agents and support them with a 100-day plan to implement and leverage all Keller Williams systems, models, and technology in support of their business. Leading with technology means guiding and creating value for our realtors in various dynamics of their business inclusive of but not limited to lead generation, lead follow-up, database nurture, and pipeline tracking. Utilizing proven models and incorporating them into systems that leverage technology allowing our realtors to see a simple path toward success when they put the effort forward. The Director of Technology must regularly meet one-on-one with our agents, groups, and teams to build strong relationships, understand their business and offer a roadmap as to how the gaps can be closed by better using/adopting our technology. Building relationships with everyone in the office so that they feel at ease using technology within their business and empowered to push forward their business model with the technology that Keller Williams provides for success. The Director of Technology must know how to get the job done and stay on track. Having larger ongoing projects while handling requests for support and assistance, you will need to be task focused in order to complete their work. The Director of Technology must also work with the leadership team to ensure a coordinated effort to \xe2\x80\x9cnurture\xe2\x80\x9d our agents to maintain and build stronger these relationships in order to augment retention. Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly DOE Responsibilities:
  • Be a driver of the brokerage\'s success
  • Use available tools to identify and recommend strategies and actions to the Leadership team
  • Develop training plans and strategies as well as conducting individual and group sessions to communicate knowledge, opportunities, features and issues
  • Set up new agents business in Keller Williams Technology platform
  • Support realtors in their utilization of Keller Williams Technology platform
  • Assist agents in building and optimizing their profile on the various systems
  • Assist agent set up of their Referrals Network through Keller Williams Technology platform
  • Website support for realtors and brokerage
  • Assist agents and brokerage with their Social Media presence
  • Assist agents and brokerage building and executing their lead generation strategies through Keller Williams Technology platform
  • Promote and support the Keller Williams Consumer App, to increase engagement
  • Teach and support agents and brokerage with their Pipelines management
  • Support Leadership with technology that can produce efficiencies for them to succeed at a high level
