Reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), you will lead procurement, inventory management, and strategic sourcing. Overseeing a team of supply chain leaders, a 300+ vendor network, and 3,000+ SKUs, you will optimize inventory turns, improve service levels, drive strategic negotiations, and reduce unit costs.As a member of the Operations and Supply Chain Steering Team, you will help shape the future of the company's supply chain, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and resilience in a high-growth environment.Procurement & Sourcing

• Optimize Vention's 300+ vendor network for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead supplier negotiations to reduce unit costs and improve terms.
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance in quality, lead times, and capacity.
• Manage supplier onboarding for new product launches, ensuring technical and quality alignment.
• Negotiate and implement master supply agreements across multiple categories.
• Automate procurement tasks to improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance supplier collaboration.

Inventory Management & Demand Planning

• Develop strategies to optimize inventory while balancing working capital and availability.
• Own S&OP process, collaborating with senior leadership across Sales, Ops and Finance
• Enhance inventory management processes, ensuring efficient stocking levels and reorder strategies.
• Own the data stack of supply-chain.
• Improve demand forecasting using data-driven tools and analytics.
• Collaborate with software developers to refine inventory planning algorithms.
• Ensure supply continuity with proactive risk management and alternative sourcing strategies.

Cost & Efficiency Optimization

• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and process efficiencies.
• Improve supply chain visibility and agility through data-driven decision-making.
• Implement analytics to enhance decision-making, leveraging data insights to improve supplier performance, inventory levels, and procurement strategies.
• Align procurement and inventory strategies with financial and operational objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop supply chain solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

QualificationsEducation & Training

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Skilled in Lean, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.

Professional Experience

• 10+ years in manufacturing supply chains with a focus on procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor optimization.
• Strong analytical background with expertise in using data and analytics for supply chain decision-making.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning.
• Experience implementing automation in procurement processes to drive efficiency.
• Experience managing a global supply chain with 300+ vendors and multiple distribution centers.
