Director Of Sales
Hybrid- 2 days at home, 2 days Toronto & 1 day Hamilton

Duties:
All Sales staff will report to Sales Director.
Manage, discipline & grow the Sales team. Complete yearly performance reviews, and set individual goals for the Sales team.
Hold weekly sales meetings for both Hamilton and Toronto teams
Manage and motivate the sales team in creating and hitting budget numbers.
Lead the development and preparation of large and unique rental proposals, quotes and contracts for key accounts and partners in coordination with the team.
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers to VP
Maintain a consistent presence at both offices (Hamilton & Toronto) through face to face interaction with all sales team members.
Conduct regular one on one meetings with each sales person to help them achieve their goals and grow as a professional.

Ability to travel for out-of-province or out-of-country events
Valid driver\'s license and access to a reliable vehicle
