MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead sales programs and events and train and instruct sales procedures: Train, develop and coach Image Consultant team to perform in person and/or virtually. Teach and lead by example on all aspects of pre- consultation, consultation, and post-consultation communication
Implement and assist in the design of the sales strategy, process, and performance to improve productivity and profitability. Create and deliver specific sales programs and initiatives, such as \xe2\x80\x9cRefersion\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cOpen Houses\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cMeet the Doctor\xe2\x80\x9d events etc.
Oversee and lead sales experience and learning solutions: Improve employee effectiveness by mentoring sales strategies, member experience strategies and individual performance. Support HairClub revenue growth by performing every consultation successfully. Develop and follow SMART plans to achieve goals and analyze both successes and failures. Lead and conduct consultations (in center and virtually). Achieve proficiency at utilizing Salesforce and other sales software
Effective partnership and collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing partners to exceed target for leads, shows and sales following Lead-Appointment-Show-Sale (\xe2\x80\x9cLASS\xe2\x80\x9d) metrics
Work with marketing partners to exceed target for leads, shows and sales following Lead-Appointment-Show-Sale (\xe2\x80\x9cLASS\xe2\x80\x9d) metrics. Create, generate, and drive grass roots marketing and sales efforts. Collaborate with National Contact Center (\xe2\x80\x9cNCC\xe2\x80\x9d) to identify potential leads for consultations. Collaborate with Field leadership to connect sales and non-sales with Center personnel. Collaborate with Information Technology to drive the ultimate member and employee experience. Collaborate with Learning and Development to drive an effective training process and ultimate employee experience. Collaborate closely with the Technical (Salon Support Team) and Surgical Teams to ensure members receive the UME and monitor service levels to enhance each experience. Manage sales process compliance. Manage new member experience.
