We are looking for someone who can: Lead a team of sales representatives, lead coordinators and contractors in running a high-volume real estate business Perform administrative duties such as maintaining an extensive database of clients and transaction-related documents Must be proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs Design systems for facilitating lead management and client transactions through a customer relations management (CRM) tool Draft and review Agreements of Purchase and Sale and other Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) Agreements and forms Coordinate with the inbound and outbound sales department in managing leads to ensure follow-up and maximum conversion Liaise with industry partners such as lawyers, photographers, home stagers, home inspectors, contractors, and lenders to ensure milestones are met for a smooth real estate transaction Lead the marketing department in masterminding advertising campaigns to meet targeted sales goals Assist real estate sales representatives to ensure team goals are tracked and met Provide assistance to clients all throughout the business transaction and after the closing Make outbound sales calls to potential clients Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits:
