Our client is looking an experienced Director of Marketing and Communications \xe2\x80\x93 Charitable Organization (contract), who has a passion for communicating and can effectively engage media, internal and external stakeholders to attract media attention. This is an outstanding opportunity to help reduce poverty by empowering youth both with technical skills and confidence.

Your experience you bring will include:

• Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in communications, marketing and/or public relations

• Strong understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles

• Demonstrated experience leading integrated campaigns to reach diverse and varied audiences

• Excellent communicator with honed writing and copy-editing skills

• Exceptionally strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Experience mentor and managing a team

• Support the development of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s annual marketing plan

• Manage all marketing communications including digital marketing, copywriting website and social media management

• Effectively engage media, internal and external stakeholders to attract media attention

• Supervise and mentor a team

• The knowledge that you are helping at-risk youth by empowering them and giving them the skills to succeed.
