We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Director of Health Services

to lead and expand our growing healthcare division. This is a newly created leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of health services across our organization, including the management of multiple medical clinics, specialized healthcare programs, and community outreach initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our health services portfolio, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continued growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities:



Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for 5 medical clinics (with plans for expansion) and all associated health services. Oversee healthcare divisions including but not limited to: Nurse Practitioners, Nursing, Dietitian services, Vaccinations, Mobile Lab, Footcare, Direct Support staff/services, Outreach Clinics, and Health Trainings. Develop and implement innovative clinical programs that respond to community needs and align with organizational goals. Identify and pursue potential funding opportunities to support and expand clinical service offerings. Manage centralized vaccine booking, vaccination outreach clinics, and support services. Direct mobile and outreach health services such as footcare, blood pressure clinics, and point-of-care testing. Lead the coordination of health trainings and other specialized education programs. Establish processes for pharmacies to book health services programs, ensuring proper cost allocation and return-on-investment evaluation. Support contract negotiations and vendor relationships where applicable. Monitor performance metrics to ensure program effectiveness, cost-efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Direct and support a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Foster collaboration, professional development, and high standards of clinical practice. Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Or Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy program from a recognized institution. Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, NP, or equivalent) is an asset. Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, or health services. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and large-scale clinical programs. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and community health initiatives. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated experience in budgeting, program evaluation, and ROI analysis. Ability to travel between clinic sites and outreach locations as required.

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
