Director of Finance Responsibilities
Design and execute financial strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
Lead and mentor Controllers and accounting teams to ensure precise, compliant financial reporting.
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic business decisions.
Identify potential financial risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
Deliver clear financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership.
Maintain strict compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Director of Finance Qualifications
Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation or equivalent professional accounting certification.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Extensive experience in financial management, including demonstrated success in leadership positions.
Exceptional integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel.
Excellent organizational abilities and strong time management skills.
Proven experience in financial reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and implementing effective solutions.
