The Company
Our client a well know manufacturing and construction company is rapidly growing and looking to hire a Director of Finance and Accounting to join their team to lead the accounting and finace division.The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO this role will oversee the entire Accounting and Finance department. The Director of Finance and Accounting will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company\'s financial strategy and operations as they have received over 12 million dollars of funding to triple their business.The Qualifications
- University degree in accounting or finance
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 3+ years in a finance business partner, controller, or director level position
- A very smart analytical, and business minded person not afraid to be hands on
- Experience working and presenting to C-Suite and board level members
- Experience working in the manufacturing, distribution, or construction space
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy
- CPA designation is a big asset
