THE ROLE Our first Director of Delivery Partnerships will be responsible for the establishment and managing of the overall relationship(s) between BIMM and our external technology and delivery partners. As such, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our products and services. You will need to be adept at establishing strong relationships, fostering growth with those partners, identifying opportunities to leverage external partners, conflict resolution, performance management, contract management, and negotiation. Responsibilities
- Establish, manage, maintain and build relationships with multiple external partners and vendors, including overseas, offshore and near shore
- Develop a flexible capacity model for our delivery teams
- Identify and create efficiencies by leveraging our network of external partners and vendors, (in partnership with business and practice leads)
- Identify opportunities to partner, such as platform partnerships, to help BIMM further establish and grow our offerings
- Identify potential risks and work to proactively problem solve
- Own the quality of the services that we receive and manage performance with partners accordingly
- Connect with internal team counterparts regularly to identify opportunities and strategic solutions
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must haves- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 5+ years in Project/Account management
- Experience in technology/product development
- Contract management/maintenance experience including ability to independently negotiate MSAs, SLAs, SOWs, etc
- Ability to structure, organize and operate large-scale partnership programs
- Previous experience in developing resourcing models, managing offshore / nearshore resourcing in an asset
- Experience identifying licensed tools that can support organizations\xe2\x80\x99 needs that build upon existing infrastructure or improve the current organizational setup, whether independently or as part of a team
