Brandt is currently looking to find a Director of Talent for our Regina, SK location.

The Director of Talent is responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of processes and programs to facilitate the continuous development and culture of our employees. As a senior member of the Human Resource Management team, the Director of Talent participates in the development and execution of the organization\'s Human Resources priorities and objectives.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES * Establish the career paths, learning paths, programs, policies, and processes through Brandt University for all employees.

  • Collaborate with Director of Talent to align recruitment, progression, retention, and succession planning strategies with Brandt University\xe2\x80\x99s career and development paths.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop communications for and marketing of Brandt University, including its web presence.
  • Ensure employee development is aligned with and supports Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s vision, its operational, strategic, and fiscal goals, and its values of Quality, Innovation, Commitment and Customer Focus.
  • Source and implement a Learning Management System (LMS) capable of a) housing and managing role-based career paths for employees, that are visible to managers; b) analyzing gaps in employees\xe2\x80\x99 current knowledge and skills, and as applicable to succession planning; c) housing and managing role-based learning paths (e.g. sales, parts, service) for Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s independent dealers, and that are accessible to its dealer organizations; d) hosting online learning for employees, dealers, and customers; e) publishing a wide range of accurate and complete reports.
  • Align all employee, dealer, and customer learning and development with Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s core values: Quality; Innovation; Commitment; Customer Focus.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient use of Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s training resources, including the Regina Training Centre.
  • Ensure employee development is aligned with and meets the needs of Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s OEM relationships.
