- Serve as the subject matter expert on compliance issues, staying ahead of industry trends through conferences and seminars
- Prepare reports and collaborate with portfolio managers to ensure adherence to Investment Policy Statement guidelines
- Oversee risk assessments and draft risk acknowledgment letters as needed
- Lead staff training on AML, cybersecurity, and general compliance procedures
- Monitor operations, enforce quality control, and ensure strict adherence to compliance policies
- Ensure compliance with privacy, advertising, social media, cybersecurity, and all relevant regulationsWhat We're Looking For:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance-focused role
