Role Overview:
As a Director of Business Development , you will own the top-of-funnel strategy, drive lead generation initiatives, and mentor a team of SDRs to exceed targets. You'll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to optimize outreach and ensure alignment on revenue goals.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and execute scalable outbound sales strategies.
• Hire, train, and mentor SDRs to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and refine sales processes based on performance data.
• Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing and ABM campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on KPIs and pipeline growth.
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales development leadership.
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to scale outbound lead generation efforts.
