Here is the opportunity:
Futurpreneur is seeking a Director, Marketing & Communications responsible for developing and executing integrated, multi-channel brand, marketing, communications and public relations strategies that support Futurpreneur's business priorities. This includes national and regional marketing and communications campaigns, plans, and approaches to reach and engage with multiple audiences: entrepreneurs, mentors, and partners.
The Director, Marketing & Communications is responsible for leading the annual marketing planning activities and overseeing external communications and storytelling, including but not limited to marketing materials, media communications, digital engagement (web sites, digital marketing, and social media), and corporate documents (i.e., Annual Reports). They will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and graphic integrity in all communications across the organization.
The successful candidate will also be an active participant on Futurpreneur's Leadership Team, comprising key national and regional leaders. The incumbent will report to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and manage a team of marketing, communication, and public relations professionals.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Toronto, ON. The incumbent will be working on our hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office).
