ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To enable the Gates Canada, Brantford Operations meet its business plan objectives through the effective management of Regional teams and commercial strategy execution. Responsible for communication with field management at key distributors and the management of the business planning process with top accounts. Provide leadership to drive growth and consistently increase market share within the assigned Region. Develop and recruit top talent and build a high performing team of sales professionals. Ultimate responsibility for the development and execution of the Canada Industrial Replacement growth strategy. Position is located in Brantford, Canada.
Travel schedule is approximately 60% within Canada and the US with the majority being overnight.
Work schedule flexibility is required to meet the demands of the marketplace and target account acquisition.
