Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.:Reporting to the AVP, Health Solutions Enablement & Growth, the Director, Health Solutions Growth is accountable for growing income for a variety of health solutions products by increasing client adoption and end user utilization. This will be achieved across a number of different distribution channels, including Group Benefits, other Sun Life Canada BUs (such as GRS), external third parties, and Canadians more broadly. While each product and channel will have its own specific approach, the mandate will generally include developing strategies, understanding consumer and client needs and opportunities, building and executing on go-to-market plans, strategically selling with partners and employers, and collaborating closely with the relevant product teams. This role will be a critical part of the overall Health Solutions leadership team, ensuring our solutions are embraced and used by clients. The leader will also play a pivotal role in ensuring Sun Life Health achieves its commercial ambitions.
