Your contribution!

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be responsible to plan and coordinate the budget process, establish short-term financial forecasts, provide financial reports to business partners and produce various financial analysis and management reports in order to analyze the company's performance and the achievement of financial objectives.

Your day-to-day!

• Lead, supervise, coordinate, and support his team through the execution of tasks and objectives;
• Plan and coordinate the annual budget process for the various business units and cost centers and provide support to the management team;
• Coordinate, supervise and elaborate consolidated quarterly financial forecasts;
• Supervise and prepare monthly operational and financial management reports intended for the management team and business partners to support them in their decision-making process;
• Create dashboards of key performance indicators and various financial analysis to compare current performance to expected objectives;
• Supervise and prepare the presentations of the annual budgets and quarterly results intended for the board of directors, the audit committee and investors;
• Participate in special projects and perform various value-added analysis.

Your skills, our requirements!

• Bachelor's degree in management or finance
• 7 to 10 years of experience in similar position
• Have a chartered professional accountant (CPA) title, an asset
• Recognized experience in accounting cycle management budget making process and financial planning and analysis
• Experience in a related domain and in a publicly traded corporation
• Direct or indirect experience in corporate financing or in capital markets
• Experience in various currency management, an asset
• Experience in a Corporation holding multiple entities
• Experience managing a team
• Proficient in French and English, both oral and written, Spanish an asset
