The Manager, FP&A will be a key member of the G&A Financial Planning and Analysis team, taking a lead role in the preparation and analysis of information for the operating plan, quarterly analysis of P&L and Corporate Function Head financial results, and support for quarterly/annual financial analysis to the Executive Committee of Oxford.
This role requires strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with the proven ability to work with all levels including Senior Management. In addition, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with numerous competing priorities and reporting deadlines.
As a member of this team, you will:
Work closely with Senior Management and provide financial advisory support to help achieve financial targets, identify risks & opportunities, and provide high quality performance measurement analysis
Work closely with business partners to finalize and analyze operating plan and quarterly forecasts for trends and business insights
Design and prepare a variety of management reports and the PowerBI dashboard to support Executive Committee presentations and financial analysis
Work with Senior Management to define and track specific metrics and present findings
Coordinate the quarterly and annual reporting process for revenue, expense and headcount data across a large number of business units
Participate in special projects, including being a key subject matter expert in the design, implementation and testing of the Anaplan planning tool
Enhance existing processes to improve operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, you have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Professional designation - CPA, CA or CFA is preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of related working experience in progressively responsible positions
Demonstrated ability in financial planning and analysis, reporting and analytics, and partnering with senior leaders
Possess strong financial modeling capabilities
Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to "build the story" with financial data and results
Demonstrated detailed orientation and accuracy in generating quantitative and qualitative analysis and strong organizational skills
Proven ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Proven ability to navigate the organization to define and enhance existing processes
Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
