In this role, you\'ll be at the forefront of our corporate financial planning, driving both short-term and long-term budgets, capital planning, and forecasting.This position would suit an experienced leader who is passionate about fostering a culture of strategic financial excellence and collaboration within the team, driving the adoption of advanced analytical tools, forecasting techniques, and financial modeling methodologies to enhance decision-making. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, identifying opportunities to optimize budgeting processes, improve financial performance, and provide insightful analysis that supports the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate objectives.Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading corporate financial planning, budget analysis, and special projects, delivering high-impact financial analysis and reports that empower business decision-making. Leading a team of Financial Analysts, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.Previous experience in Finance Transformation would be especially beneficial as you will drive strategic finance transformation projects, enhancing operational efficiency, automating processes, and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.What you will bring:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting and budgeting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• CPA designation and a university degree in business, finance, or economics, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• A deep understanding of corporate financial administration, budgeting, and analysis
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices, principles, standards and procedures, including reporting and costing procedures
• Expertise in developing financial models, scenarios, and driver based financial analysis
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Exceptional communication skill with the ability to present complex financial information to senior leaders and Board members
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external contacts, to consult and negotiate with clients, and to represent the department in meetings and on committees

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:As a condition of employment at E-Comm, the required Police Security Clearance applicable to the position must be acquired and maintained. This is a process carried out by our law enforcement partner agencies, facilitated by E-Comm. The minimum residency in Canada to qualify for this position, as established by our law enforcement partner agencies, is 5 years.To qualify for this process, a candidate may be either a Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
