Tim Hortons is looking for a rock star Director Social Media Engagement to join the team and lead one of Canada\xe2\x80\x99s most influential corporate social presence. This role is part of the Marketing Communications Team but you will be required to collaborate and work cross functionally with various internal teams. As Director Social Media Engagement, you will lead an internal social team and external partners in setting the vision, strategies and best practices to drive growth, engagement and brand perception across all platforms.
You are someone that knows social, gets the modern customer and how to engage and build loyalty. You will be responsible for all social media channels leading organic content creation, community engagement, social listening and regularly analyze kpis to measure success and drive business results. You are also a key team liaising with many cross-functional teams
