Reporting directly to the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, the Director, Digital Marketing will play a key role within our organization by developing and executing an innovative and effective digital marketing strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and leading the company\'s digital initiatives, including the website, mobile application, intranet, and email marketing campaigns. With the support of a team of seasoned professionals, the Director, Digital Marketing will also be responsible for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to optimize our marketing and sales activities.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with the company\'s objectives;
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify new digital growth opportunities;
  • Drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO/SEM) and email marketing, in collaboration with the Commercial and Marketing Strategy teams;
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are in sync with the company\'s integrated marketing strategy.

Management of Digital Platforms:
  • Supervise and maintain the company\'s digital platforms, including the website, mobile application, and intranet, to ensure an optimal user experience;
  • Optimize platform content and user experience to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the security, performance, and user-friendliness of digital platforms.

Digital and Email Campaigns:
  • Support the Marketing Strategy Director in designing, implementing, and monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including online advertising and social media;
  • Collaborate with the Commercial teams to develop effective sales generation strategies and enhance the prospect-to-customer conversion process;
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to promote our services and foster customer loyalty;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy team to understand content and promotion needs, ensuring brand consistency in the market.

CRM Management :
  • Manage the CRM to centralize customer data, automate sales and marketing processes, nurture customer relationships, enhance engagement, and personalize customer interactions;
  • Ensure proper integration of the CRM tool with other company IT systems;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain data integrity, security, and customer information confidentiality;
  • Utilize CRM data to generate reports and analyses to identify opportunities for sales and marketing process improvement and optimization;
  • Work closely with the Commercial teams to provide crucial insights about customers and prospects, facilitating decision-making.


Requirements :
  • University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2C context, including a minimum of five (5) years in a managerial role.

Competencies:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French;
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, online advertising, social media, etc.;
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, primarily Salesforce;
  • Proficiency in digital content management tools (CMS), primarily Drupal, is a plus;
  • Excellent communication, team management, and project management skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach;
  • Exceptional leadership abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Political acumen and influencing skills.
