As Vision33\xe2\x80\x99s Director, Digital Demand Generation you will be pivotal in the continued growth and success of our products and services. Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for the global development and execution of our B2B digital lead development programs. In this high impact role, you will work closely with our executive team, cross-functional team members, and external partners, to foster a collaborative working environment and advance Vision33\xe2\x80\x99s position in the global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The primary focus will be on the acquisition and retention of Vision33\xe2\x80\x99s targeted customers through the management of all digital marketing campaigns. The qualified candidate will be a driven and engaged senior leader with a successful track record of leveraging the digital stack in support of corporate sales objectives.

This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic, and project management expertise. Acting as an ambassador of marketing for Vision33, you will come to work every day with unbridled enthusiasm and unbounded optimism for the Vision33 of tomorrow!

As a Director, Digital Demand Generation, you will:

  • Collaborate on defining and executing digital marketing strategy for Vision33 that deliverers against our corporate priorities and results in increasing marketing\xe2\x80\x99s contribution to revenue growth;
  • Lead a team of campaign specialists (internal and contractor) to deliver on all aspects of digital demand generation programs;
  • Work to build strong cross-functional relationships with business line and industry partners to drive growth and engagement among our clients and channel partners, including key publisher relationships (SAP/Sage, etc.);
  • Oversee global lead generation to continuously improve Vision33\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and programs that generate demand for our products and services to surpass annual revenue targets and KPIs;
  • Manage the use of digital tools and processes to support marketing and lead generation; and
  • Accountable for the management, development and reporting on all digital marketing initiatives
To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 10+ years marketing experience required; Master\'s degree is preferred;
  • Minimum of 8+ years in managing B2B Marketing programs for digital transformation solutions with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results;
  • Minimum 8+ years managing a team of employees, as well as external contractors;
  • Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis in fast-pace environments;
  • Experience with external/internal communications, brand development, creative, digital marketing, social media, and thought leadership campaigns;
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail;
  • Expertise in integrated CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot;
  • Dynamic and motivating digitally minded Marketing Leader who is comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications; and
  • Self-motivated, team-player and driven to achieve success within a cross-functional and collaborative consulting environment.
