As a Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing member experience strategies, aligning them with business objectives, and monitoring their effectiveness. Within the Customer Centric Office, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible for driving customer-centric initiatives, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience across the organization.

What does your typical day look like?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with the organization\'s overall vision and business objectives;
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to member satisfaction using data to measure the success of member -centric initiatives. Regularly report progress to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer experience to bring innovative ideas to the organization;
  • Establish the vision and goals for the Customer Experience team;
  • Ensure that team skills are current by providing mentoring, coaching, direction and development opportunities.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or project management role;
  • Significant experience in customer experience management, customer service leadership, or related roles within the industry (8 years +);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to influence change across the organization;
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing customer experience programs;
  • Bilingualism in oral and written (French and English) is an asset.
