Director Corporate Accounting
Job Description
Our large North American based Public Company is seeking a Director Corporate Accounting for their Financial Reporting Team. As the Director Corporate Accounting, you will provide leadership to a Team responsible for Complex Accounting, Stock Based Compensation, Leasing, Investments and Compensation Accounting transactions and reporting (US GAAP) as well as month-end close oversight, research and SOX compliance.
Requirements
Candidates will be required to have their CPA designation along with 10+ years of Big 4 and/or large complex Company reporting experience to be successful in this role. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities will also be necessary to provide Team mentorship and to collaborate effectively with key Stakeholders.
