The role of Director, Brand Development - Jets will lead the commercial success and project management of the Four Seasons Jet program to deliver brand growth and commercial success. This role is based in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Toronto Corporate Office, reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Development. This role involves interactions with primarily internal stakeholders at various levels. Key Activities/ What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing
Be the key commercial contact for Four Seasons Jet program
Work cross functionally with operations team and external stakeholders to drive a cohesive go-to-market plans and itineraries for Jet.
Lead the development of program plans, identifying areas for commercial growth and operational enhancements.
Be the key program project manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Create deep relationships with Jet partner to ensure Four Seasons best interests are represented and key decisions deliver against business and brand objectives.
Manage the day-to-day commercial and financial operations of the programs including budgets, booking projections, guest satisfaction etc.
Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholder; provide clear, consistent, and transparent updates on project and program details.
Help to create long-term growth plans for Jet that can deliver growth, innovation and program expansion.

Experience, Education and Professional Qualifications / What You Bring
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, MBA a plus.
10+ years in branding/ marketing / new business / commercial roles with progressive responsibility.
