To learn more about who we are, visit ************* What you’ll do: You will set the direction and provide strategic leadership to the Ag Solutions Department and Local Co-ops with the objective of increasing market share in Western Canada in a profitable and sustainable manner. You will also:

• Provide ongoing coaching (through ongoing feedback as well as formalized performance reviews) and mentoring to team leaders to foster employee development and strong team engagement
• Collaborate with People and Culture on talent and performance management and engagement planning.
• Engage and collaborate with teams at Local Co-ops to support successful ag business.
• Promote the Ag Solutions value proposition.
• Communicate industry issues and opportunities as well as Ag Solutions’ initiatives, internally and externally.
• Provide guidance for key projects, retail and wholesale ag growth strategies, safe and efficient operations at FCL Fertilizer Terminals and Feed Plants, and data-informed supply chain operations.
• Provide oversight and coaching to team leaders in the effective procurement of fertilizer, crop protection, seed, feed, and ag equipment products at market competitive prices.
• Give direction on marketing and training needs to support Local Co-op success.

Who you are: You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:

• You have a degree in Commerce or Agriculture.
• You have a minimum of 10+ years of progressively advanced experience in the Ag industry (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• You’re an excellent communicator who demonstrates strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
