Job Title Director, Acquisition, TIS



What is the opportunity?\xe2\x80\x8b

We are looking for an eager and high performing individual to take on the role of Director, Acquisition, Term Investments & Savings (TIS). In this role, you will work closely with the TIS Team and engage numerous Functional Partners across Retail Enablement, Technology, Operations and Marketing. This is a key leadership role in shaping the direction of product and client acquisition across the product suite.

What will you do?

  • Management and maintenance of TIS campaigns, inclusive of strategy, design, development, execution of campaign strategies, resolving client and Advisor concerns & escalations, and reporting
  • Definition, management, and delivery of TIS campaign strategy and roadmap, in collaboration with the TIS product and pricing team
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting TIS growth performance
  • Collaborating with Retail Enablement, Operations, Technology, and other Functional Partners to support the TIS Team
  • Identifying new acquisition opportunities from emerging trends, market scans, and analysis
  • Representing TIS as a subject matter expert on campaigns and client growth
  • Ad-hoc projects and requests
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the acquisition of TIS products & clients, and operationalization of campaigns
What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:
  • Leading development of small products and/or enhancements, and/or campaigns to acquire/engage/retain clients
  • Ability to operationalize ideas into execution, working collaboratively with teams across the organization
  • Understanding of distribution channels, strategies, and methods
  • Experience creating presentation materials for senior audiences
  • Experience with financial forecasting and interpreting trending analysis
  • Project management skills & experience
Nice to have:
  • Demonstrated track record of thought leadership, problem solving, and strong business communications
  • Ability to interact effectively with team members and senior business stakeholders
  • Strong Business Analysis and Financial Acumen
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (inc. strong storyboarding of executive presentations)
  • A passion for learning
  • Comfort with ambiguity
